How do I get the eSun UAE app?

You can download the official eSun UAE app directly from the Google Play Store. Search for "eSun UAE"

Yes, the app is completely free to download and use.

The app uses our secure Email OTP (One-Time Password) system. Simply enter your email address on the "My Account" screen. We will send a 6-digit code to your email. Enter that code in the app to log in. If you don't have an account, one will be created for you automatically when you log in with the code for the first time.

Logging in allows you to access your order history, manage your account details, and ensures you receive personalized order update notifications directly to your device. For security and personalization, access to shopping features requires you to be logged in.

Please check your spam or junk folder. Ensure you entered your email address correctly. If you still don't receive it after a few minutes, you can try requesting the code again. If problems persist, please contact our support team.

App Features & Usage

What's the difference between the app and the website (esun3d.ae)?

The app provides a dedicated, optimized mobile experience for shopping on esun3d.ae. Key benefits include:

  • Instant Notifications: Get real-time push notifications for order confirmations and status updates (e.g., when your order is completed).

  • Exclusive Offers: Receive special promotions and offers directly via push notifications (coming soon!).

  • Convenience: Quick access to your account and orders with a persistent login.

  • Speed: Caching makes loading pages faster on subsequent visits.

  • App-Optimized View: Hides website elements like the desktop menu and footer for a cleaner mobile interface.

Shopping and placing orders works exactly the same as on our website. Browse products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout, all within the app's secure view of our website.

Tap the "My Order" or "Account" icon in the bottom navigation bar. This will take you directly to the relevant sections of our website within the app, where you can view your order history or update your profile and addresses.

Push notifications provide instant updates about your orders (confirmation, status changes like 'Completed') and will be used for exclusive offers.

On Android 13 and newer, the app will ask for permission on first launch. You can manage notification permissions anytime in your phone's Settings > Apps > eSun UAE > Notifications.

Please check the following:

  • Ensure you have granted notification permission to the app in your phone's settings (see Q10).

  • Make sure your phone is not in "Do Not Disturb" or "Silent" mode, and that notification volume is turned up.

  • Ensure you are logged into your account within the app. Notifications are linked to your user account.

Troubleshooting

The app shows an "Offline" or "No Internet Connection" screen. What do I do?

This means your phone has lost its connection to the internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data). Please check your connection and tap the "Retry" button. The app requires an internet connection to function.

This might be a temporary website issue or a broken link. Tap the "Go Home" button on the error screen to return to the homepage. You can also try using the "Pull-to-Refresh" gesture (swipe down from the top of the screen) to reload the current page.

The app relies on loading our live website. While we use caching to speed things up, performance can depend on your internet connection speed. Pull-to-refresh can help reload if a page seems stuck.

This can sometimes happen with dynamic content changes. Our app includes scripts to quickly re-apply the custom styling, so it should correct itself almost instantly.
